Access and sign-in
Your administrator will provide the address of your group’s GTM site, usually your-group.grouptest.online. Use the Register page if self-registration is available, or use the account your administrator created.
- Open your group’s GTM address—not the GroupTest.online billing portal.
- Select Login and enter your GTM username and password.
- If you cannot sign in, select Password Reset, enter your username, and choose an available delivery channel.
A Telegram password reset requires your Telegram account to have been linked previously. If no delivery method works, contact your GTM administrator; GroupTest.online support cannot disclose or retrieve your password.
Using the dashboard
The Dashboard is your main list of group tests. Recruiting tests are visible to signed-in users. Tests in Ready for Payment, Testing, or Closed states are normally limited to administrators and approved participants.
- Search and organize: group or sort tests by status, your join status, name, compound, or tags.
- View details: open a card to see the vendor, batch, compound, test items, dates, costs, and your participation status.
- Hide locally: Hide removes a card only from your dashboard. Enable Show hidden tests to restore it.
Joining a group test
- Find a test marked Recruiting.
- Select Request Join on its dashboard card, or open the test and use the detailed request form.
- Review your status: Pending Approval, Approved, or Denied.
- If denied, read the administrator’s reason. You may reapply while the test is still recruiting.
A request is not a guarantee of participation. Your group’s administrators approve requests and decide donor status. Once approved, GTM calculates the current share from the test’s costs and participant mix.
Order and payment status
Open an approved test and select Update My Order and Payment Status. Depending on your group’s workflow, you can record order progress, payment status, amount paid, a preferred payment method, and notes.
- Use only the payment destination displayed for that test and verify the recipient before paying.
- For cryptocurrency, confirm the network and wallet address. Transfers sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.
- The displayed amount can change when administrators approve participants, change donor assignments, or adjust test costs.
- GTM records status for your group; it does not itself process participant payments.
Profile and notifications
Open My Profile to update your username, email address, optional bot display names, password, notification preference, and digest schedule.
- Choose only a notification channel your administrator has configured and you have linked.
- Hourly and daily digest schedules use UTC.
- Leaving the password field blank preserves your current password.
- Never share bot-link tokens; they temporarily authorize a chat account to attach to your GTM identity.
Telegram and Discord
Link Telegram
- In My Profile, select Generate Telegram Link.
- Open the generated link or scan its QR code.
- Press Start in the private bot conversation.
Link Discord
- In My Profile, generate a Discord link token.
- Open a direct message with your group’s Discord bot.
- Run /start and supply the token when requested.
Discord options appear only when included in your group’s subscription. Commands and configured responses may differ by group.
| Command | Purpose |
|---|---|
| /help | Show available built-in and custom commands. |
| /tests | List tests visible to your linked account. |
| /mytests | List tests where you have a participation record. |
| /status <test id> | Show your current status for a test and eligible closed results. |
| /join <test id> | Request participation in a recruiting test. |
| /publicresults | Browse published public-result tags and reports. |
Use private bot conversations for account-specific commands. Telegram’s /testing command may also provide public registration and login links. If your administrator enables report submission, /submitcoa sends a report into an administrator review workflow; it does not publish automatically.
Viewing laboratory results
Open My Results to search, group, and sort the closed group-test results you may access together with published public results.
- Group-test results require administrator access or an approved, paid participation record.
- Public results are available to signed-in users and may be organized with tags.
- Select Open Results for the external laboratory link.
- Select an attached thumbnail to preview an image or PDF; use the download action when you need the original.
- Itemized values such as identity, purity, mass, net content, or endotoxin are transcriptions of the report and should be checked against the attached source.
Privacy and account safety
- Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.
- Do not share password-reset links, Telegram deep links, Discord tokens, or payment details from private tests.
- Review your profile’s email, linked accounts, and notification channel after any suspected account compromise.
- Contact your GTM administrator about test access, results, participation, payments, or your GTM account.
- Use the in-app Support page for product documentation and infrastructure or subscription support.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see a test
Check Show hidden tests. Non-recruiting tests may be limited to approved participants. Ask an administrator to verify your participation and account status.
My amount changed
Cost shares recalculate as approved participants, donor credits, shipping costs, or test costs change. Confirm the current amount immediately before paying.
A bot command says my account is not linked
Generate a new link token from My Profile and complete the link in a private conversation with the correct bot. Link tokens expire and should be used only once.
I cannot open a result
Confirm the test is closed and that you are approved and marked paid. External laboratory links may also expire or be unavailable independently of GTM.
The site is read-only
The managed subscription requires attention. Ordinary users cannot make changes. Ask your group administrator to use the Support page and GroupTest.online account portal.
