Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026. These terms must be completed with the operator’s legal identity and governing jurisdiction before live sales.

1. Service

GroupTest.online provides subscription access to a separately deployed Group Test Manager application. The control plane manages commercial accounts, provisioning, infrastructure lifecycle, documentation, and time-limited support access. Each customer controls the users, tests, results, participation records, integrations, and content inside its GTM instance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. A control-plane membership does not create or grant a GTM user account.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use of the service; permissions from your members; the accuracy and interpretation of laboratory information; your provider accounts and credentials; and compliance with health, advertising, consumer-protection, sanctions, tax, and privacy laws applicable to your activity. The service is not medical, legal, financial, or laboratory advice.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe or by supported prepaid crypto invoices. ACH access may begin while a payment is processing and can enter grace or suspension if settlement fails. Crypto transfers must match the displayed network, canonical asset, destination, exact amount, and on-chain time window. Underpayments do not activate service; late, overpaid, reverted, duplicate, or ambiguous transfers may require manual review. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and refunds are not automatic.

5. Trials, cancellation, and suspension

Trials exist only when enabled and may limit add-ons. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the paid-through date. Failed payment receives the stated grace period, followed by suspension. Suspended administrators may access the limited recovery/export surface described in the product. Data is ordinarily recoverable for 30 days and scheduled for deletion after 60 days, subject to law, security, dispute preservation, and successful infrastructure processing.

6. Customer content and integrations

You retain ownership of customer content and grant the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, back up, secure, and operate it. Third-party services—including Stripe, DigitalOcean, Mailjet, Discord, Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, analytics, storage providers, helpdesks, and blockchain networks or indexers—have their own terms and availability.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, violate law, interfere with infrastructure, probe another tenant, upload malware, circumvent subscription controls, expose credentials, infringe rights, or use the service to facilitate fraud or unsafe conduct. We may restrict access to protect customers or the platform.

8. Support access

Support access to a GTM instance requires fresh tenant approval, expires after 24 hours, is auditable, and can be emergency-disabled locally. The reserved support account may not be edited or deleted by ordinary GTM administration.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to operate reliably but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, providers, networks, emergencies, and security events may affect availability. We may update the service and these terms prospectively, with notice when legally required.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not responsible for medical decisions, laboratory accuracy, customer group-buy activity, third-party providers, token value, chain congestion, or customer configuration. Liability limits and exclusions must be finalized for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.

11. Contact

Legal identity, address, support contact, governing law, dispute terms, and required consumer notices will be populated from the owner’s legal configuration before live operation.
